In an industry that at times can be so vain & toxic I’ve tried my hardest to be different and focus on teaching people to love the training & to make healthier choices.

Focus on turning up, putting in the work, getting to bed early, keeping active outside the gym (this is non-negotiable) and just falling in love with the process.

You never really arrive at your destination; the goals just keep stacking up and one by one you knock them down.

2024 I want big things from everyone - Let’s enjoy the process 🤙

In an industry that couldn’t be more vain & toxic I’ve tried to be different and focus on teaching people to love the training & to make healthier choices.

I don’t believe looks should be the first thing you worry about. You won’t be happy any time soon if that’s what you focus on..

Focus on turning up 4-5 days a week, putting in the work, getting to bed early and just falling in love with the process. You never really arrive at your destination; the goals just keep stacking up and one by one you knock them down.

That’s been how I’ve approached my training the last year and things have progressed well past what I aimed for mentally & physically.

2024 I want big things from everyone - Let’s enjoy the process 🤙

Making all the mistakes people make when they want to get lean and look good. I was following a low calorie keto diet, not eating enough protein and most importantly I didn’t have a coach to guide me.

Even as a PT I have someone to oversee my workouts, diet & lifestyle. You are always gonna take it easy on yourself and until you admit that you’re gonna be stuck running circles. Sorry to tell you 🤷🏽‍♂️

Here I am; 10kg heavier, hell of a lot stronger, fitter, lower body fat % but most of all.. soo much happier.

I eat a pretty substantial amount more than what I did in the first photo, yes I eat desert when I feel like it and i only train week days. Weekends are for living 👌🏽

Im switching up to box squats for a while to see what my body responds to best!

You cant avoid injuries completely but if we choose the safest option that also has great benefits we minimise the risk of injury and maximise the reward!
