Anopsology is a term coined by Guy-Claude Burger in 1964. It's based on the evolutionary theory and the assumption and existence of a nutritional instinct. The particles of the word Anopsology derive from the meaning "not prepared dish" theory - leading to the birth of 'theory of primitive nutrition'. We all have instincts. My instincts led me to raw foods. Not only raw foods but a lifestyle of well-being and balance. Just like this page, I have ambitions to develop and grow this idea, feeling, instinct into something bigger that I am truly passionate about. But it start with an exchange...

Every person has a story, an experience, a tree of knowledge. I want to create a page where we can exchange, share and expand our world with ultimate pursuit to happiness in mind. Whilst I am basing this page from my newfound interest and love of RAW food I will be using this page to share everything about life which brings health, wellness and ultimately happiness. Everything from food, imagery, music, stories, articles, you name it! If it's in style, share it. If it's important to you I want to hear it. Here we go...

Cannot move right now.... muscles aching in overdrive!🔨 Have been DIY'ing all weekend sprucing up one of my favourite rooms in the house...the kitchen!! Ta-daaaaaa. Wow...301 days since my last foodie confession 😵 That's not to say I've stopped experimenting, eating and indulging my gorgeous man and friends along the way. Tonight I went to our Thug Kitchen cookbook. The most entertaining cookbook (not to mention delicious) recipes. And the final products.... Coconut brown rice with kidney beans, mango and lime (drool) with slaw on the side. The creaminess was indulgent (not to mention healthy) and the sweetness of the mango and sourness of the lime cutting through just made it yooooo. I simply ♡ summer fruits Xx Anopso

So pleasant getting back to my element at South Melbourne markets today...

Ladies you will love this juice ~ they don't just call it an elixir for no reason and the idea of just "melting" away that cellulite...wowww :)

HERE GOES: 1 grapefruit, 2 oranges and 1/2 lemon. (10 MINS MAX)

So yum and refreshing in this summer heat. AND whilst I'm waiting for my juicer I did this all by hand...Guhhh....massage ready :p

New friends and old,

I'm so excited for this year (is this not the second time I've mentioned it?!) that I wanted to share just how many healthy options there are propping up for the outside eater. These don't always have to be your strictly raw/vego/vegan cafes but your everyday coffee shop.

So yes, being a new (80/20) "raw foodie" I have been caught up in the Christmas, new year cheer which brings with it the temptation of naughty foods and so I have indulged a little on the taste buds. Nothing to be guilty about...but everything to be excited for!

If you're like me and like getting out then never fear....there are eat and drink out options out available in both Sydney and Melbourne. For any int'l followers I would love to hear more about the global health food phenomena.

Catching up for brunch with my two best friends yesterday found us landing a new French crêperie in Bondi called 'Avila'. On the menu were cold pressed juices and crepes with both buckwheat and gf options (at no extra cost! ~ mind u savoury crêpe will set you back $17-$19).

So if you're on the east or north side, Sydney or Melbourne, there are new, tasty, and even attractive options far and wide.
Just to mention a few....

♧ Veggie Bar; MELBOURNE (Vego, raw vegan cafe) Brunswick st, Fitzroy. Funky peeps, busy and consistently good.
