What are you really putting on your table? 🧐 This is a wonderful book for those who are wishing to increase your energy levels, improve sleeping patterns, work toward improving children's behavioural disorders and just feel better about yourself. πŸ’ͺ Judy Davie is an Australian Nutritionist, who developed this book through extensive research. This book is full of fabulous recipes from smoothies, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and treats. There are suggestion for some of the more common metabolic/ dietary disorders, such as diabetes.
