Today I have been making resources to support people in learning how to do their own shopping. Food shopping, clothes shopping, gift shopping etc. Lots of planning, decision making, money management, communication as well as community access so it's easy to understand why shopping can feel overwhelming for some people.
Having one on one support to practice skills, build confidence at your own pace is a great idea.
If you would like a confidential chat about how I might be able to support you or someone you know to develop essential life skills please feel free to contact me.

Good support should be about helping you to find your own unique path.
