Are you looking for flexible, meaningful work during school hours? We’re currently seeking a casual NDIS Support Worker to assist clients with their daily needs - perfect for parents looking to work a few hours after school drop-off.

About the Role:
* Morning shifts (approximately 3–4hrs with flexible start times)
* Provide personal care and daily living support
* Casual hours – flexibility offered
* Friendly, supportive team

Ideal For:
* Parents with school-aged children
* Experienced support workers looking for part-time hours
* Caring, reliable individuals with a genuine passion for helping others

Requirements:
* Willingness to perform personal care tasks
* Experience preferred
* Must have or be willing to obtain:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred care and support to individuals living with disabilities. The role involves assisting clients with daily activities, promoting independence, and enhancing quality of life in accordance with their individual care plans.
• Support clients in community participation, social engagement, and recreational activities
• Assist with household tasks such as meal preparation and light cleaning
• Administer or support medication routines as required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
Requirements:
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (if applicable)
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
