Confidence is one of those tangible intangibles.

You can't physically see it, but you know when someone has it.

You can also tell when someone doesn't have it. It's linked to the soul, the subconscious, your life's journey, your inner self, your outer self - it's everything.

It's what attracts a partner, helps you with your career, making friends, being happy, successful - the most goes on.

But it's also one of those things that can feel impossible to find and even harder to ask for help to grow.

I used to have none of it, which brought out the worst in me; defensiveness, anger, hostility, stupid decisions, knee jerk reactions which led to major regret - the list goes on.

I was lucky enough to land a sales gig working for Tony Robbins Australia back in 2014 (I fu***ng sucked at it!), which I'm extremely grateful for because it showed me how much I was lacking, which stated my personal development journey.

Over the last 10 years, I've explored everything from psychology, spirituality, pharmaceuticals, self work, meditation, coaching as a student and a practitioner, neuro transformation therapy, sound healing and much more.

I've recently been digging deep into the subconscious and the absolute maze it is.

I've been creating these affirmation style audios from scratch, stress testing them on myself and am pleased to say that in conjunction with deep personal work, these can be highly effective at securing and cementing in positivity while you sleep.

I'll drop the link to this one in the comments which will also link through to my YouTube channel where I'm housing these free audios.

If you're struggling with self esteem, confidence and overall happiness, give them a shot. You have nothing to lose and you're asleep for anywhere from 5-8 hours a day anyway - why not make the most of this time?

Reach out directly or drop a comment with any questions.

Cheers, stay strong 💪

Affirmations are interesting because they work differently on different people. I've been experimenting with subconscious reprogramming via sleep affirmation audios for the last few months.

When you're asleep, theta brainwaves are most active which are most closely aligned with your subconscious, opening your mind to be more influenced by suggestion, in this case positive suggestion.

Affirmations can come in the form of "I am", "You are" and more general "it is", and each can affect each person differently.

I've been producing these affirmations, playing the chords underneath and customising them during programs I run to give an added benefit. If you can still be doing self work while sleeping, why wouldn't you!?

Here's one designed to help overcome thoughts of conflict, link in bio and a full suite on my YouTube channel, with ad free versions on my website.

Enjoy, I'll be releasing more over the coming days 🙏🫶

I've been producing music for over 15 years.

I recently started producing something designed to create more than a dopamine hit.

These sleep affirmations are crafted crafted to help you reprogram your subconscious mind while you rest.

Through the power of theta brainwaves, these affirmations bypass conscious resistance, embedding thoughts of peace, emotional control, and tranquility deep within your mind. Let go of stress, conflict, and anxiety as you sleep, and wake up feeling calm, centered, and composed, ready to handle any situation with grace.

Start transforming your mindset and create a life filled with inner peace and serenity.

While a tailored program will deliver the most effective results, this is something that can calm the subconscious and deliver results while you sleep.

Just head to the website via the link in my bio, go to the resources section and access for free!.

I'll be releasing a series of these over the coming days, so stay tuned and reach out with any questions.

Over the course of 162 hours—6.75 days, just shy of a week—I’ve delved deep into trauma healing with Australia’s #1 life coach, in 2024 alone. Luke's success isn't just about his revenue or followers; it’s his commitment to real, effective trauma healing, removing limiting beliefs, and rewiring the subconscious.

Recently, I immersed myself in 36 hours of intense upskilling with 170 others. Despite the engaging nature of my social posts, if I can't deliver on my promises, I’m no better than a crypto shill. With over 15 years in sales and marketing, I've always prioritized ethics, and I bring the same integrity to my coaching.

Understanding, conveying, and delivering on my knowledge is crucial. I willingly face tough experiences, allowing peers to hold me accountable. This is genuine personal development—it’s hard, it hurts, and it’s worth every second.

Great coaches have coaches. I’m fortunate to be surrounded by the best. Within my clientele, I’ve repaired relationships, removed addictions and fears, saved careers, and enhanced lives by helping clients become their authentic selves. But I realized I was neglecting myself, holding onto childhood fears—fear of rejection, failure, success.

Practicing what I preach is cathartic. Knowing it’s possible to let go of these fears excites and fuels me. There’s still work to be done, but that’s what energizes me. Accepting we’re not living as our best selves is painful, but it’s the kind of pain needed for growth. Like working out at the gym, the more effort you put in, the more it hurts, and the more you gain (unless you injure yourself, but let’s not ruin the analogy).

Without guidance, we risk repeating mistakes. I share this because we’re all trying to be our best selves. It’s not a linear journey, and it’s definitely not easy. It’s incredibly hard. My biggest fear is lying on my deathbed 50+ years from now, realizing I didn’t live the life I was born to live. That thought motivates me.

It’s never too late to work on yourself. You only lose when you give up.

🙏🫡

Hey guys,

I'm working through some content from a recent poll in my private group (thanks to everyone who is a part and who voted).

I had already started working on this one because mental health is directly related to physical health to an extent.

Soon I'll cover financial growth options, then mental health because mental health is probably the most comprehensive topic to cover and this is also one I feel very strongly about.

Stay tuned, any feedback or comments on this one are welcome.

Disclaimer: This is what worked for me and is not intended to be the only way to achieve body results, but it is highly effective. If I could go from skinny fat to shredded, anyone can.

Tailor it as you like for your goals, and reach out if you'd like any personal help. Happy to chat and provide any direction.

Stay positive y'all 🫡

This post is stress tested and it works. It's not easy, but it's effective. There are probably people out there that should not undertake this, so I recommend getting in touch with me if you're unsure, or talk to your doctor about what you can handle. Now, let's get shredded 😈 The first thing you

5 things you may not know about me that have impacted who I am today… 🤓

1. I am a terrible student, but a great teacher. I’ve taught myself to an intermediate level: Piano, Guitar, Percussion, Audio Production, Video Production, Photography, Graphic Design, Web Development, Digital Marketing and pretty much anything else with a digital scope.

I’ve learned that all I need is the will to learn and I am capable of far more than I ever thought possible. 😏

2. I’ve closed over 50M in sales during my career, but the first 2-3 years I was S**T. I could barely talk to my own family. I even spent a brief stint working for Tony Robbins, but this was something I was not ready for at the time. I’ve learned that persistence pays. If you give up, you’ll never reach your true potential. Just because it didn't work on the first attempt does not mean you should give up. 🤑

3. I’m a risk taker. In 2012 while backpacking through Southeast Asia, I created a project called “Beats from a Backpack” and took a traveling music production studio with me.

I set up my rig anywhere I wanted to create music and documented the experience through social media. I ended up getting invited to an exclusive event over in Atlanta to play my music in a competition style showcase.

It was judged by some of the biggest label execs and producers in the hip hop industry. I came second and ended up opening some pretty huge doors. I learned that you have to go all in on something in order to make it work.

I flew from Bangkok to Atlanta and back in the space of 10 days. All up it was about 70 hours in transit. I also learned that no amount of travel I’ve ever experienced will make me hate traveling. ✈️

"You can't love someone else until you love yourself first." 💔

I used to think this was the cheesiest thing I'd ever heard.

Until I realised I fu***ng hated myself. When you look in the mirror with absolute disgust, you know you're in trouble.

My inner voice was a savage too. Constantly judging & blaming at the same time as encouraging me to repeat the same stupid, toxic behaviour that kept me miserable for 27 years 🗣️

When something bad happened, I told myself I deserved it.

This is a self fulfilling prophecy. The negative internal workings created negative external workings and I attracted like minded people 🙅‍♂️

Don't get me wrong, I still had good friends and was able to enjoy myself, but I was fu***ng miserable 90% of the time. I partied through my entire 20's and early 30's and I doubt there are many who could have kept up - Physically, mentally and financially.

Coke, molly, w**d, alcohol all mixed together was the sad man's cocktail for me.

I couldn't stand being alone, even though I'd conditioned myself to believe I deserved it and spent most of my time by myself.

During this time I'd still managed a few accomplishments; lived in Southeast Asia & South America, started a business or two which generated profits but I was never really satisfied or committed... Outside of music 🎹🥁🎸🎧

I was producing hip hop music and doing pretty well. I was accepted into an invite only event over in Atlanta which was judged by Sonny Digital (Drake, 50 Cent, Wale, 2Chainz, Future), DJ Green Lantern was there (I was so wasted that I spilled a drink on him while trying to "network") and some other label heads.

I came second in this comp which was pretty amazing to me and opened up a few doors which led to me and my production crew getting to work on some tracks for 50 cent. None made the final album but still pretty proud to have fumbled our way into this while doing weekend long benders 🥳

BUT, my inner voice which had absorbed years of negative feedback and had become the most negative voice in my life; was against me. I was second guessing every step I took to the point where I was stressing 24/7 over anything where I had to put myself in front of my peers.

I never felt good enough, I was constantly overcome by imposter syndrome but I still had flashes of brilliance where I could network like a pro very quickly to open up doors, but this was no way to live. It was far too dynamic.

At one point, I was offered to handle the marketing for J.U.S.T.I.C.E League; an enormous American hip hop production duo who'd worked with Nas, Rick Ross, Drake, Young Jeezy, Mary J. Blige, but again due to crippling imposter syndrome, I turned it down - MORON 🤦‍♂️

It wasn't until the ripe age of 34 that I had my first breakthrough and started to rewire my subconscious and let go of the past 🥹

This took me a lifetime of wanting to change, & around 10 years of actually looking for it. Seek and ye shall find couldn't be more true. If you want change, you have to seek it out.

Men are conditioned to not ask for help, or you're not a "real man".

That's fu***ng bu****it 😤

If you need help, you absolutely must ask for it. I had to take my hands off the wheel and let someone else help me put myself back together and it's a journey, not a destination.

There is always room for improvement, but once you've had one breakthrough, you'll be hooked and seeking the next one and that's where the magic happens.

As usual, reach out if you're struggling. I have a tonne of free resources to get you moving in the right direction, but I can only hold the door open. It's up to you to walk through it.

Stay positive 🫡

**Here's a photo of me twisted AF. This is the unsustainable state I got some of my best work done in 😅
