We provide a range of services and assistance for people with mental health barriers, disabilities, youth, and those requiring community care.

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Support Workers who are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others. Supporting individuals will provide a fulfilling and rewarding career.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Assist with Maintaining & establishing links to the community.
• Promoting independent decision making.
• Work within the principles of person-centered approach.
• Interface with other services working in the health sector.
• Domestic activities.
• Assisting with personal hygiene.
• Transport Participants to and from services and activities.
• Encouraging health and wellbeing & active lifestyles.
• About you:
• Shares alignment to Tribe Caandi values.
• Commitment and belief in building capacity in people.
• Demonstrates resilience alongside effective self-care strategies.
• Effective communicator (both written and verbal)
• Takes initiative.
• Flexible and reliable.
Skills & essential requirements:
• Minimum Certificate III in one or more of individual support, Aged, disability, Mental health
• Medication administration training (preferred)
• Experience working alongside people with complex support needs (desirable)
• Current first-aid certificate or willingness to obtain
• Current valid Driver's License
• Full comprehensive Car insurance
• Satisfactory National Police Records Check
• Satisfactory NDIS Screening Check
• Current Working with Vulnerable People Check
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate https://www.ndiscommission.gov.au/workers/support-for-workers/training-course
