One of my fabulous regular clients has given me permission to share the messages she received during a recent Soul Session. I absolutely cherish stories like the one I’m about to share and I hope you enjoy it too! ✨

I already knew that my client was heading over seas shortly, and during this session I conveyed that I was sensing the presence of her mother from the other side.

“Your mum is coming through and I feel that she is very excited about you going to Spain. What is her connection to Spain? Why is she excited about this in particular?”

My client responded “that would be because of the churches we’re going to visit.”

I continued “I’m being shown an image of a Mother Mary pendant and I feel that your mum wants to give this to you, so be open to recieving such a pendant on your trip - maybe it will catch your eye in a shop for example. If this happens, please do consider purchasing it for yourself, as she is wanting to give this to you as a gift.”

It was quite an emotional moment for both of us when my client responded
“When my mum passed, I gave HER a Mother Mary pendant! I placed it around her neck….I never knew if she liked it or not…” Woah! I think we both knew she had her answer ❤️🙏

Next I heard the name “Kath- LEEN, Kath-LEEN” and asked my client if she knew who Kathleen was?

She replied there was an aunt in spirit called Kathleen, but I didn’t feel the message related to the aunt.

As we weren’t able to make sense of the name, I set it aside and moved on with the session.

For the remainder of the day, it continued to play on my mind. “I know that was a message - why did I hear the name Kath-LEEN?” I thought to myself as I was driving home. I “heard” the words in my mind “Holy Communion”. So when I got home I googled : Is Kathleen a Communion/ Confirmation name?

Google replied “Kathleen means “Little Catherine”, and Catherine is a common Confirmation name.

I Messaged my client “Kathleen means Little Catherine - could this be a Confirmation name?”

And my client responded “Well, well, well! Catherine is MY Confirmation name”!

And there it was, a mother acknowledging her “Little Catherine”, her daughter from across the veil ✨

I just love when this happens during a Reiki Session; this type of message often brings validation and much healing!

For me, there is no separation between Spirituality, Life and Nature 🌏✨

One year after my near-death experience, I felt ready to start my healing practice in Grafton.

I was wondering how to go about letting that happen when two things occurred : A room came up to let at Tranquil Beauty, and I saw an ad on Facebook authored by an organisation called Fire to Flourish, inviting community members to participate in a resilience co-design group.

I reached out to Caitlin regarding the room, and following an urgent inner nudge I signed up for the co-design group.

And so began a year of growth, challenges, beautiful connections and amazing experiences!✨🪷

What I didn’t know when I signed up for the co-design group was that I would receive a token sum of money for participating which offset some initial costs of starting up the clinic and contributed towards my Death Doula training. This little bonus meant my start up was financially stress-free - a godsend when everything is becoming expensive!!
We are all guided by spirit in our own way - the question is, are we willing to act on our intuitive “nudges”? I live my life guided by my inner nudges, and they continue to shape my life in amazing, unexpected ways!

Today, the project that I have worked on all year, together with the co-design group members, Fire to Flourish team and Jargun Alliance, to share two Cultural Burning workshops with community stakeholders, was completed!

These two workshops brought together a diverse range of beautiful people, to share knowledge, wisdom and a deep reverence for nature/life and our place in it. Together we shared the experience of learning a way to care for this beautiful land we all live in that is not only practical but deeply spiritual.

My heartfelt Gratitude to Vedette, head Gumbaynggirr Ranger, for handing me a sacred flame and teaching me about its meaning and its nature….the spirits were watching 🙏🔥✨

Gratitude to each and everyone from Jargun Alliance for two unforgettable days of sharing and connection.

Nervous system co regulation happens when we actively engage our senses with nature. The mind becomes calm when we offer our attention for a few moments to what we see, hear, feel, smell and taste. Our body feels safe and secure, our emotions soothed and uplifted. Nature is the healer; and she teaches us of ours ✨🌿

On Saturday I had the extraordinary honour of inviting a sacred kind of fire into the landscape I am at home in.
Guided by knowledge holders into a ritual that, it was explained to me, serves both practical and spiritual purposes, I experienced the feeling of connection to this land, to my humanity and to something greater than all of it.
I think when we surrender into these moments of grace, we come home to ourselves; we bring all of our energy into the moment, our heart opens and our vision becomes clear. This is where transformation occurs 🔥💫🕸️☀️🙏
