The Drum Is A Living Ally

Every drum I make is born through ritual. Smudging, soaking beneath the peach tree, crafting each hoop, weaving the story into its frame. Each animal, plant, tree, and moment becomes part of the drum’s living field.

The drum is not simply an object.
It is a spirit ally.
It listens.
It reflects.
It guides. And sometimes, it calls to you long before you meet it.
When you carry a medicine drum, you enter a relationship, one that evolves, matures, and supports your sacred work for years to come.

💙Knowing you’re going to die one day so appreciate every second
💙My people know I love them .. so no need to worry
💙Nervous system regulation skills .. stress can kill you or invigorate you
💙GRATITUDE … I know I’m lucky I don’t take it for granted..
💙Freedom .. know what makes you free .. no alarms is important to me after years as a shift worker 🙏🏻
💙Heakthy habits .. no refined sugar . Minimal gluten and dairy ( I lorve cheese but science says it’s contributes to cancer .. it’s logic )
💙enjoy in moderation the things that we know are harmful …
💙savour the joys ( it’s ok if that’s cheese 😃)
💙plan to be healthy … yep plan to be healthy .. it’s my secret 🌸💙🎉🤸🏻
