Dearest Mama 🌺
This is for you, to be seen, to be heard, to connect and to find your village.

Mamahood can be all the things... messy, beautiful and all consuming. It can also be extremely lonely and isolating at times, especially for those living away from their support network of family and friends.

I am opening my home to any Mama's this calls to, who want to have real, authentic, heartfelt conversations.

Come for a cuppa and to connect with a community of Mama's. A gold coin donation is appreciated to help cover the cost of refreshments ☕🍰

Attendance of Children
All babes and children are welcome but please keep in mind that this is not a playgroup and this event is all about supporting and connecting with other Mama's especially in those tender days of Motherhood. I really want the Mama's who come along to enjoy the company & space which can be difficult with older children. In saying that I do put out books and toys at these events to provide entertainment if I know they are attending 😊

- Meet/Set off from EB General on Fiddaman Rd, Emerald Beach

(Emerald Beach and LAMN headland has a paved walkway so is pram friendly but a baby carrier is recommended for this walk)

Our family is growing...

The reason I have been absent from socials these past few months. Busy growing a new life, starting a new job, and planning for the arrival of this little one.

Baby no.3 was quite the surprise and so this year has been a massive time of transition and acceptance. An immensely challenging pregnancy, both emotionally and physically taking every bit of strength and resilience I have to see me through.

It has also been an opportunity to reflect, and explore uncharted territory, to do things differently this time, embracing the older and wiser Mama that I now am. Allowing me to step into my power, to nurture and birth my baby in the way that I choose... without any fear or concern of others opinions. Trusting my body, my baby and my abilities, knowing that I am my best advocate, and that I have all the tools I need within me.

Each of my babies has taught me so much about myself and delivered me to the point that I am at now... connected to my intuition, confident in my choices, a fully empowered Mama.

As time draws me nearer to entering the birth portal I will once again step away from socials, to focus my energy inwards. I will be back, next year though, once we emerge from the newborn bubble to reignite my passions for all things thriving Mama's.

Like me, do you hear the call to gather in circle with your sisters?

For ages, women have been aligning with the moon to regulate their mind, body and spirit - to release old emotions, share with sisters, and manifest their hearts’ true desires.

Throughout my time facilitating women's gatherings I continue to be profoundly moved by the courage and raw vulnerability that women reveal when they feel deeply seen and heard by their sisters.

Each story that is shared, resonates within each of us. Their story is our story.

It may have different characters and locations and timing, but the essence is the same.

We all struggle with the same challenges of fear, overwhelm and not-enough-ness, and we all have dreams and longings for freedom, peace and happiness in our lives.

Sharing our truth and having it lovingly witnessed in a safe space is profoundly healing. It is true medicine for the heart.

Prepare to be welcomed with open arms and a big Mama hug, all is welcome here Sister.

Once a month we will unite to cook for a member/family of our community.
It will also be an opportunity to gather, connect and share with the women behind 𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝕍𝕚𝕝𝕝𝕒𝕘𝕖 𝔸𝕦𝕟𝕥𝕚𝕖𝕤.
