Laughter is key! My desire is to help you feel better physically, emotionally and spiritually! I began working out after I turned 40, because I didnβt like the way my body was starting to feel and respond to daily life. Around that time, my 85 year old Grandmother fell and broke her hip. After surgery and rehab, she ended up in Assisted Living. My normally happy, positive, sweet Grandmother was now negative, rather mean, and on round the clock Vicodin, barely moving. Her Doctor prescribed Physical Therapy for pain management. Within 2 weeks, she was off the Vicodin, moving easily and cheerful again. I was AMAZED! Then, I saw a flyer at the YMCA looking for Instructors to teach Silver Sneakers - Senior Fitness Classes. I knew that I wanted to be involved in helping people like my Grandmother had been helped. I have taught Senior Fitness - 50 years and older - for 12 years, and have worked with hundreds of individuals. I have also taught classes for people of all ages and obtained my Personal Trainer Certification in 2017. Iβd love to work with you - in person or virtually!
