We are getting a team together for the Let's Talk Walk the Walk festival on the 4th October, If you would like to join our team please send me a message or give me a call and I will put your name down.

This is close to our hearts as a community and we would love to have conversations and break the stigma around Su***de and the Mental Health struggles that so many endure silently.

The countdown is on! ✨

Walk the Walk is happening from Saturday October 4th β€” 12 or 24 hours of walking, connection, and raising awareness for mental health in our community. πŸ’™

Whether you’re walking solo, joining a team, or coming along to cheer and support, now’s the time to lock in your spot. βœ…

πŸ‘‰ Register today and be part of something powerful.
Together, we can make every step count.

It is with great sorrow and a broken heart that we share the memorial information for Sarah.

Over the past almost 2 years we have supported Sarah and her beautiful boys, & to think this will be no more is devastating.

We will come together on Thursday as a community to remember Sarah and to offer our support in whatever way we can to Sarah's family.

The Go fund me has shown us just how amazing the Colac community is and how much Sarah was loved. Please keep it going

Please remember that if you or anyone you know needs assistance there are places out there to help.

Last night we had the pleasure of hosting a birthday party for one our amazing young men so he could have his very first party without mum and dad and with a bunch of his mates. We played music and he sang his heart out to Kasey Chambers who he just loves, we chatted and spent a good couple of hours socialising, toasted Marshmellows over the fire pit and enjoyed yummy pizza from Pammys Pizza and some yummy mud cake.
We take pride in giving our amazing clients the support and space to be able to achieve their goals while having so much fun.

Wishing our Rylie Newton a very Happy Birthday for tomorrow that he gets to share with his amazing mumma for Mothersday. P.s Rylie don't have to much fun πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‚πŸŽ

πŸ’œ Would you know what to do if someone had a seizure?

Seizures can be confronting to witness, but your calm response can make a real difference. Whether it’s a convulsive (tonic-clonic) seizure or a non-convulsive (focal) seizure, knowing how to respond safely matters.

βœ”οΈ Stay with the person
βœ”οΈ Protect them from injury
βœ”οΈ Reassure until they recover
βœ–οΈ Do not put anything in their mouth
βœ–οΈ Do not restrain them

In some situations, calling an ambulance is the best thing you can do. If in doubt, make the call.

πŸ’‘ This guide is a quick reference for seizure first aid. Save it. Share it. You could help save a life.

πŸ’¬ Have you ever helped someone during a seizure? Let us know what helped you stay calm in the comments.
