Yarra Valley Community Solutions My Name is Alisha. I have lived in the Yarra Valley for all of my life. I live on a 60-acre farm with my wonderful partner and share this beautiful space with my family and a menagerie of animals. I have worked and studied in various roles in hospitality, event management, aged care, home and community services, which has given me the skills and knowledge to create this professional and efficient service to support people within the community.

My business provides various different services, such as but not limited to, as follows:

Personal Support

Home Organization - Assisting clients to declutter personal space and create structure.

Basic Cooking Skills including shopping or online shopping.

Personal Goal Setting / Budgeting / Banking

Life Skills / Day to Day Activities

Future Planning / Care Plans
Assisting with My Aged Care applications or
Nursing Home Entry Process

Administration _ Documentation and Social Media Assistance
such as MYGOV, Linking Services to MYGOV, Filling in Applications, Sorting of Utility bills and finding services required.

Supporting NDIS Participants that are self-managed or plan managed.

I am also available to assist elderly community members in personal life activities and structure.

I have all the appropriate training, certification, insurance, knowledge and skills to support you or your loved ones.

I live with my family in Gruyere, in the beautiful Yarra Valley surrounded by vineyards and farmland. On our magnificent 60 acre property we raise cows, sheep, quails, turkeys and chickens where we also grow a variety of fruit and vegetables. My background careers are as a cook and supervisor roles in hospitality, aged care sector, community support services and event management. Furthermore, I
have successfully completed a Diploma in Community Services and Case Management, and in Event Management with various other certifications. I have a current first aid, working with childrens check , NDIS Working screen check, National Police check, Food Handlers, Manual Handling, Medication Assist and OH/ S Training aswell as Mental Health, Dementia and Acquired Brain Injury Training and many others. I am an outgoing, honest and caring person that is passionate about supporting people to manage their own daily activities at home or in the community, and for them to reach their life goals whether big or small. My intention for my client's is to live a happy, fulfilling and meaningful life and to love who they are with the freedom of choice and control of their own journey in life.

Hello everyone.
This information is for anyone that are on the pension.
The government are asking for updated details to determine the amount of pension you receive.
This includes identification, income and assets, bank details, your assets information and much more. This is mandatory.
They are pushing for digital identification. This needs to be considered if you do not have access to updated technology, mobile phone or computer. Please be mindful of this. I do need to research how they will tackle this situation.
