Those that know me well know how much I have missed treating my beautiful friends, family and close clients.

I am happy to say that I will be offering remedial massage with health fund receipts from home (for those I know only). I am looking for a space to work from next year but for now I will be offering Fridays and the occasional Saturday.

This past month has seen me really pushing my own limits with big decisions and life choices. So I decided that it was really time for me to embrace the lifestyle that I desire (the one that’s on its way).

And in order to do that, I had to fully S T R E T C H myself.

And so I did.

I bought the cute set,
I bought the new heels,
I bought the new earrings and I borrowed the gorgeous handbag 😉 to go out for a divine dining experience with my gorgeous friends.

And it felt so damn good.

We dressed up, we ate and drank like queens 👑we shared stories and caught up on life. These girls inspire me, all of them successful in their own way.

You would have heard the saying ‘you become who you surround yourself with’ and so I choose to surround myself with high vibe successful, beautiful heart-led humans…both in business and in life.

It feels so good living a life of success and abundance, so this is what I choose. Now to get to work, doing what I need to do to support this lifestyle.

I have the key 🔑 and I’m happy to share it.

2025 had better look out…cause there’s change a-comin’!

𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 your social media is THE single best idea ever.

Instead of aimlessly 𝘴𝘤𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 away for hours on end, getting pulled into the 𝘷𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘹 of social media, why not turn it into something that will earn you an income.

Your 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙, who you are and the things that you love, attracts 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦-𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘥 humans…ie. People you would 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 to work with.

This type of work allows you 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, time and location freedom AND best of all 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 freedom.

People are 𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 the 9-5 for a better way of life and selling low ticket items for small commissions is 𝙣𝙤𝙩 it!

𝙈𝙖𝙜𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙪𝙢 floats are the bomb 💣

But as I say, they’re not for everyone. If you have a mind that races and won’t stay still then this may just be a form of 𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 😆

But if you’re like me and can get yourself into a deep state of 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘅𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and deep 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 then I think you’re gonna 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 it.

🧘‍♀️It’s meditative

💪🏼It’s good for the muscles

💤And you will sleep like a baby

So if you’re feeling low, exhausted, flat, crampy or just in need of some 𝘆𝗼𝘂 time I highly recommend a float at 😮‍💨

You never know what sort of epiphany may drop in for you 💜

I am absolutely in 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘 with my 𝗞𝟴 and the 𝙗𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙛𝙞𝙩𝙨 it brings to my life and my home.

I love living a 𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼𝘅 lifestyle for what it brings to my 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩 and also to my 𝘸𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘵. Making my own products saves me thousands a year in 𝘴𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦, 𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 products, 𝘮𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 products and so much more!

And let’s not get me started here on the 𝗵𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗲𝗻 rich, 𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙭𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙣𝙩, electrolysed reduced, drinking water 💦

Here is my little recipe for a 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗼𝗮𝗸 using 11.5pH highly alkaline water, to dissolve stains and create a beautiful, fresh smelling soak that deodorizes and brightens whites:

250g bi-carb soda
500g oxygen bleach
500g washing soda
20 Drops Eucalyptus oil

Happy 𝘭𝘢𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘳𝘺 day 🧺

2023 was certainly a year of much 𝘢𝘥𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 🤸

✮ so many getaways

✮ flying high

✮ rekindling romance

✮ selling my business

✮ starting a new one

✮ new friendships

✮ personal growth

✮ selling my home

✮ buying a new one (eventually)

✮ and so much fun Inbetween

And all of this ⬆️ came from me searching for more. And all of this ⬆️ came from making one tiny (but huge) decision.

I would not change my 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 back then for anything. Life is so much 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 for it…and the gains are 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡 🚀 from making one tiny (but huge) decision.
