I have so many clients tell me they were scared to seek support from me because they were afraid, I would put them on medication.
As a social worker, I am unable to prescribe medication. I can support you to seek a diagnosis or be assessed by your doctor, if this is what you wish; however, it isn't my role to prescribe medication.

This weekend I went to an amazing sound journey on water, up in the Perth hills with my beautiful friend Christine, and the sky was amazing on our return trip back to Mandurah. We also had a look at canning dam.

This morning we did a cold dip at her local beach. Much needed self care after a big return to work week after the
Christmas break. Life is for living
