These are my top tips if you’re just getting started in the gym ⭐️

1. Consistency is more important than perfection.
2. Start small & set achievable goals.
3. Prioritise form over weight, you will see so much more progress.
Exercise shouldn’t be punishment, if the gym isn’t your thing that’s ok, go find a form of movement you enjoy!
