Some beautiful drawings were created during reflection time at this infant school. ❤️ Our classes include warm up, breathing exercises, asana / yoga poses, games, relaxation and reflection time.

This morning in class after relaxation, I asked the children to draw or write how they felt. There were numerous who felt "calm" and one said "better" and there were a few who wrote "Thank you". Most of them took their drawings with them, but one lovely yogini gave this to me. Kids yoga did it's magic. I love making a difference to little people's lives! 😍
