❄️ Snowy Sanctuary Wellness — Our History
Snowy Sanctuary Wellness began long before its name existed.
The story started with a small, heartfelt massage studio called Chiangmai Wellness, created with the intention to bring authentic Thai healing to the Snowy Mountains. With over a decade of experience, I built the shop from the ground up—using my hands, my skills, and my genuine desire to care for people in this community.
In the early days, Chiangmai Wellness was a humble local massage shop. But with time, something deeper began to happen. People didn’t just come to relieve muscle tension or pain—they came because they felt safe, welcomed, and supported. The studio slowly became a quiet refuge for those who were tired, overwhelmed, or simply needed a moment of peace.
As I continued my work, I realised that this place had grown into more than just a business.
It had become a home for healing, a small sanctuary where people could reconnect with themselves. The mountains, the snow, the silence, and the gentle rhythm of this town created a natural environment for restoration. I felt that the shop deserved a name that belonged truly to this land and the people who live here.
That thought led to a deeper idea—an emotional, spiritual one.
For me, the Snowy Mountains are not just a location. They feel like a gateway between worlds—a place where the earth touches the sky, where the air feels sacred, and where people can sense something beyond the ordinary. I wanted the shop’s new name to reflect this connection between the physical world and the higher, more spiritual realms.
I also wanted to offer something meaningful to this community—something that could remain even after my time on earth is finished. I often think that if one day I am no longer here, I still want to leave behind a place that carries my heart, my care, and my intention to heal. A place where people can walk in and still feel peace, warmth, and safety.
This desire—to create a lasting gift for the community—became the foundation of the new identity.
And from that intention, the name was born:

Snowy Sanctuary Wellness is not just a rebranding; it is an evolution.
It carries the roots of Chiangmai Wellness—its experience, professionalism, and devotion—while stepping into a more meaningful identity that aligns with the spirit of this land.
Today, Snowy Sanctuary Wellness stands as a symbol of healing and belonging.
It is a sanctuary for locals, travellers, workers, and anyone seeking relief from pain, stress, or emotional weight. Every session is delivered with compassion, respect, and intention—because healing is not just physical; it is also spiritual and emotional.
This place exists for everyone who needs rest.
Everyone who needs comfort.
Everyone who needs a moment to return to themselves.
And it exists as my personal gift to the Snowy Mountains—
a sacred corner of the world that I have grown to love deeply.
