Grateful, inspired, and excited for what’s ahead. 💙

Since joining our Men's Cancer Care group in October at Tasman Health Care , Wayne has shown incredible commitment—not just to training, but to himself. His progress so far is a testament to his effort, consistency, and trust in the process.

Hearing feedback like this reminds me why I love what I do. Exercise isn’t just about movement; it’s about improving quality of life to be able to travel overseas with your wife/husband/partner without fear of a long hike or sight seeing day, adapting to challenges like walking up stairs without pain, carrying grocery bags inside from the car without feeling out of breathe and building confidence to exercise safely.

Can’t wait to see what the next 3 months & beyond bring! 💪🏼

strong women raise strong women 💓

International Women’s Day isn’t just about celebrating achievements—it’s about recognising the resilience, strength, and impact of women in every space.

From the powerhouse women in business I’m lucky to know, to the incredible women I work with every day, and most importantly, to the little girl watching and learning from us all—this day is a reminder of why we show up, lift each other up, and keep pushing forward.

Here’s to the women making moves, making change, and making a difference (even when it feels like no one’s watching). You’re seen. You’re valued. You’re shaping the future.

💓 I encourage you to honour & tag a woman who inspires you today in the comments section below. I'll name a few women in business:

I thought no one would show up… I was wrong 🤯

The forecast? Rain.
My expectation? No one turning up.
Reality? 8 amazing humans showing up for connection & movement 😍

Our first Walk & Cake Morning launched last week on March 26th, and it was the perfect mix of casual, low-pressure socialising + exercise and movement.

This isn’t just about exercise—it’s about building a community where everyone feels supported and eliminating fear around movement for lifelong benefits. If you want to manage daily fatigue and pain to keep your independence to play with your dog, do your grocery shopping, rely less on carers to help you with laundry and gardening…then this IS the prefect group for you!

However, this is not as easy as it sounds for some people… hence why I have started this FREE community event to take all of the fear of exacerbating your pain and labels around exercise being ‘scary’ completely out of your mind. We chat, we walk and then we reward ourselves over some morning tea!

📅 Next event on Wed March 12th at 10am! Follow for updates & click the link in bio to stay in the loop. Right now we are awaiting Cyclone Alfred on the Gold Coast, and may need to postpone this months walk but I will keep everyone updated closer to the time.

It was great to attend the Logan Community Disability Expo yesterday, and catch up with and meet some new faces yesterday too! ☺️ Definitely will be attending annually, if you’re a support coordinator and/or provider working in the aged care/NDIS space I would highly reccomend you pop this event on your calendar for next year too!

Fatigue is the most common challenge I see in people with disabilities—60% report experiencing it daily in Aus. And when you're exhausted, the last thing you want to do is exercise. But here’s the catch: without movement, strength declines, pain increases, and independence can slowly slip away. I’ve seen it firsthand, and it’s why I’m so passionate about making exercise work for people, not against them. It’s not about pushing through exhaustion—it’s about finding a way to move that actually gives energy back.

I always hear the phrase, ‘If exercise were a pill, we’d all be taking it.’ But it’s not that simple. The key is thinking long-term—building habits now to prevent future complications like pain, diabetes, and loss of mobility. It’s not about quick fixes; it’s about creating a plan that supports your body, your lifestyle, and your goals. Let’s make exercise something that works with your fatigue, not against it. 💙 If you're in the Logan, Redland Bay and Gold Coast areas requiring support with exercise, let’s chat! Send me a message today for a complimentary initial assessment!

Wholesome weekend with my family for the long weekend, filled with lots of sun, swims and sashimi ☀️ Still grateful that I was able to see a couple of regular clients yesterday on the public holiday but here’s the best part… I was able to walk straight across the road and meet my partner, daughter and cousins for an entire afternoon of pure bliss by the ocean 🌊

These are the days I dreamt of and prayed for when I became a mum whilst owning my own business 🫶 hoping you all had a beautiful weekend with the ones you loved too, now back to helping my clients smash their goals! 💪

72% of Australians living with disabilities aren’t meeting the recommended 150 minutes of aerobic exercise per week.
💤 60% report that fatigue caused by their condition or disability is holding them back.

Fatigue can feel like a wall, but the right approach can turn it into a stepping stone. Tailored exercise, supportive environments, and small, consistent steps can make a world of difference.

🎥 Watch this podcast snippet as we discuss why these numbers exist—and what we can do to change them.

💡 Let’s rewrite the stats! Share this post to spread awareness and tag someone who could use this motivation. Together, we can make a difference.
