In the middle of everyday life - work, parenting, responsibilities, the constant hum of “what’s next” - it’s easy to forget to pause ⏸️

This International Women’s Week, we are incredibly proud to introduce Pippa, the newest practitioner to join our team. Pippa is a registered counsellor and also an incredibly talented author of children’s books and novels. We’re so excited to have her as part of our team and community.
We sat down with Pippa to learn more about her journey as a woman and what inspires her. Here are a few questions we asked.
✨ Who is a woman that inspires you the most and why?
“I don’t have just one woman who inspires me the most. All women inspire me, especially those who empower others.”
✨ Which woman in history do you admire the most?
“Jane Goodall.”You can’t get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.

✨ What does gender equality look like to you?
“We are all human. We need to be true to ourselves. We only live once, so be kind to yourself.”
✨ What quality do you admire most in a woman?
“Resilience and compassion. Hold your power even when you feel like you can’t. Even when life pushes you down again and again, you get back up. It’s important to have resilience and compassion for yourself. Emotional regulation is the foundation of where resilience begins.”
✨ Tell us a little about your journey as a counsellor.
“Nurturing is very important to me. The feedback I receive from my clients, their families, and children means so much. I listen to them, I hear them, and I hold a special place for them.”
We are so pleased to have Pippa as part of our team. Her passion for supporting people, nurturing families, and helping individuals find light and positivity in their lives makes an incredible difference in our community.
Alongside her counselling work, Pippa is also an author, writing children’s books and novels that inspire young minds and readers of all ages.
