The Fertile Womb Pathway is a 3-month private mentoring journey for women who feel like they’ve tried everything to conceive…

Let’s talk womb positioning 🌹 Our womb positioning matters, regardless, if we are on a conception journey, a womb awakening journey or tending to our cycles and healing our womb wounds.

Positioning is integral to our life force energy, our capacity to conceive and the health of our cycles.

It is also integral in supporting the way in which we either hold onto or release our womb wounds, traumas, birth experiences and ancestral imprints.

This is something you can begin to tend to, simply by feeling over your lower abdomen, looking at your blood when your bleed arrives or tuning in to the energy of your womb & life around you…

Your womb holds what the body isn’t ready to let go of or look at.

🌸Bloom - An initiatory circle for mothers of daughters.

The time is approaching and you can begin to see the changes start to happen within your daughter. You begin to think, maybe I should gather a few things in preparation. But have you thought about the conversations or how you can support her in this time of change?

This also stems back to your experience of menarche. How you were made to feel, the conversations you did or didn’t have. The celebration or lack of when you entered into womanhood.

So this circle is just for mama’s, guardians, step mums, foster mums or grandmothers or girls who are desiring to support their daughters through their rite of passage differently.

Together we’ll look at the imprints that shaped you, your experience and beliefs and how to hold space for your daughter for the transition that’s about to take place. As it won’t just be the one day that her bleed arrives, it’ll be the lead up also.

We’ll journey through ceremony and ritual to honour you as a woman & mother. To gift you the experience you may have missed out on.

Along with connection and community with other mums who are walking this threshold of change together.

Today’s Shamanic Womb Alchemy Journey was truly special 🌹

A blooming that had been held in the undercurrent for so long. Too afraid to be in the feminine, to scared to be seen in her power as a bleeding woman & allow her creative life force to be shared. The relationship to self unexplored.

Which had turned into long cycles, missing bleeds, distrust in her capabilities in work & mother wounds. All lead to the un initiated maiden who just needed to be witnessed and held in her initiation into womanhood. 🌹

This is where the beauty of these sessions come alive. Where we follow the threads of your soul, to see what is ready to be witnessed and journeyed through at the root. Creating a unique and individual journey that is waiting for you. It’s never too late.

Today was met with such reverence and gratitude, it was an honour to walk with such a beautiful soul through the medicine wheel and 13th rite of the womb initiation. It was so deeply wonderful to be apart of. 🌹

To witness a woman journey from uncertainty and fear to strong and confident is pure liberation. ❤️‍🔥😍

To meet women at the threshold of death and rebirth, knowing that she isn’t just doing this for herself, but for her future children and the women that walked before her is potent and a necessary in this time.

I desire all women to awaken to the power of their wombs, to truly see what they’re capable of creating and bring into life. This is what we’re here for! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

🌹Your Womb Positioning Matters🌹

No one really talks about the importance of womb positioning.

I am having many conversations with women about womb health and positioning, as when I do womb assessments in my healing sessions, I am met often with misaligned wombs. Which not only affects your bleed & ability to conceive, it impacts your life force creative energy too.

Our wombs are designed to sit centrally within our pelvic bowl, which are then supported by ligaments & fascia. With constant pelvic tilting, sucking in your belly, prolonged sitting, stress & trauma can contribute to compression, tension in your pelvic space which affects your circulation mobility and womb function.

Optimizing your womb positioning isn’t about perfection.
It’s about connection
It’s about leaning in to listen to what she is sharing with you.
It’s about optimizing your life, force energy, and creating a space for your body to feel safe enough to open.

Happy 2026 year dear souls 💫🎊

We’ve been exploring the beautiful great ocean road and Melbourne, visiting family & friends. We’re having the best time.

Leaning into the slowness & recalibration after an undulating 2025 🐍 I know it’s been big for us all, so pausing and honouring the shedding & transformation that has occurred is needed, before making any new plans/resolutions.

Being immersed in nature daily while we’ve been away, has been divine, to see new places in our backyard & being so grateful with what she gifts us is truly healing & magic.
My body, mind and soul feel so peaceful after a busy festive season.

My heart feels so deeply grateful to all the souls that I’ve journeyed with over this past year, wether through my shamanic womb alchemy sessions, Ceremonies, Guided energy healing sessions, Doula services, Massages, Online programs & Memberships. It has been truly wonderful to witness a woman’s power come to life & to own her truth. All whilst I too have been in the midst of transformation too. Thank you 🙏🏻

My wish for you all this year is to follow what your heart is calling for, to lead with love and curiosity & feel the joy for life in every cell of your being.

I’m off to do my 2026 ritual & play Catan with the fam!

I’ll be offline for a little while longer, but will get my New Year ritual & Ceremony to the amazing women in the Womb Temple Membership in the coming days. 🌹

Join me for my morning breath & movement practice:
Softening into my body, tending to the energy, clearing what’s ready to move, and anchoring myself back into my womb and body. This year has really asked me to become even more connected to my body & inner rhythms.

This practice isn’t about perfection, it’s about presence & devotion to self.
About remembering who I am beneath the noise.
About coming home, again and again, to the wisdom that lives within.

The more I honour these simple moments, lighting a candle, cleansing my space, grounding into my breath — the more I feel my intuition strengthen, my body soften, and my feminine lead the way.

This is the heart of my work.
And also the heart of my own healing.

May you find a moment today to come back to you.
Even if it’s small, even if it’s a micro moment, it still counts. 🌹✨
