My major spiritual awakening occurred about 12 years ago. At that point, I learnt ( or remembered) the chakra system of healing and how to harness the power of crystals. Since then, I have become a qualified Ascension Reiki master and Master Teacher of Usui Reiki and Seichim. I am also a Qualified Kyle Grey Angel Guide ( Angel readings). My purpose is to empower you through healing and self awareness so that you can be the best version of you- your authentic self and be in joy. Just a beautiful gathering for today’s love club . Working with the element of water, aqua ray , water dragons, angels Mary and Jules and Gods light, dolphins mother gaia and arcturians, it was aquamarine elemental magic . Another experience that I am truly blessed to have been part of .

The energy was HUGE and those present felt it in their physical bodies .
Releasing heaviness and stiffness and feeling lighter and clearer .

For those interested, next weeks the theme is fire . Held @ The Yurt experience behind the bazaar in Cowes ( near Woolworths) . A truly beautiful space which i am blessed to be able to host these gatherings .

I write this today not knowing who it will find , like a message in a bottle dropped in the oceans of facebook driven by the currents of the universe , knowing if it finds you, its meant for you or someone you know so please talk a moment to read this.

So much mental illness is actually trauma related meaning it is emotional. This however does not make it any less debilitating.

Trauma is not just mental, it is holistic, meaning it affects all of you and if you are living with unreleased trauma, you already know this. Therefore the "solution" needs to be holistic as well.

Overtime it becomes so ingrained in us, it is us. It affects our mindset, our behaviours, our belief systems, our frequency and vibration, how our bodies function ( or don't) and our lives. Its a toxic loop within us and we just can't seem to exit.

Being stuck in survivor mode, flight or fight, inertia from fear and doubt, chronic anxiety, depression, exhaustion, nervous system just done, at the mercy of triggers, stress hormones, cortisol, adrenaline and fear/trauma.

I hear you, I see you and I can help you.

So if you have tried counsellors, psychologists etc and you aren't getting results, why not try something new. You will know in your heart if its working and that's the authority you need to listen to.

Oh my what a day . My first energy healing session at the beach . It was everything I had hoped it would be and more . The energy was huge and when the session was done , the slightest sun shower followed by a rainbow .

So so grateful to the angels , Mother Earth, Jesus , mother Mary , God for supporting myself and my client today . This is a day I will hold close to my heart for sometime .

To all my fellow lightworkers and healers , all I have to say is just let Mother Earth in , let her help you . You don’t have to do it alone and she really does amplify sessions . To my clients - honestly if you want an experience not just a healing - do this . Book it in . It is so worth it .

Somedays may not be rainbows n lollipops , but today was so I celebrate it xx
