Return to calm, strength and balance with a 10-week beginner Qigong series led by the highly experienced Yu Yuan Wang in our Crafers Studio. These gentle, flowing movements combine breath, posture and intention to release tension, build vitality and support nervous system regulation — perfect for busy minds and tired bodies.

Term dates (Mondays): 13 Oct, 20 Oct, 27 Oct, 3 Nov, 10 Nov, 17 Nov, 24 Nov, 1 Dec, 8 Dec, 15 Dec 2025.

Session: 9:30–11:00 am

Format: 90-minute guided practice with simple standing and gentle forms, breathwork, and a short closing integration. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.

Investment: AU$250 for a 10-session block (incl. GST). Equivalent to $25 per class for 90 min!

Payment: All sessions are pre-paid and processed online. PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE.
