Gucci’s job is simple. She brings comfort calm and a little extra joy to Valma Avenue and to the hearts of the participants we support.

Whether she is greeting participants with a friendly face or reminding our team to pause and care for themselves Gucci helps create the warm welcoming environment that makes our Supported Independent Living home feel like home.

We believe that care is not just about support it is about kindness connection and companionship.

This achievement marks a significant milestone in our journey and underscores our dedication to delivering best practice disability care and support to our participants.

By formalising our expertise, we're further solidifying our reputation as a trusted NDIS support provider in the City of Casey and Melbourne's south eastern suburbs.

I'm really proud of my son and daughter for their efforts and commitment to supporting the agency throughout this process. Their hard work and dedication has been crucial in this achievement.

Throughout my career as both a nurse and a caregiver for my father during his battle with cancer, I've witnessed the full spectrum of experiences in the care sector—the good, the bad, and the downright ugly.

My caregiving journey took a deeply personal turn as I supported my father through his pancreatic cancer diagnosis and eventual passing.

Navigating the healthcare system alongside him opened my eyes to the lack of compassion and care within hospitals and home care agencies.

Fueled by frustration and a passion for change, I founded Care With Dignity & Co, a family-run, nurse-led community nursing agency.
