✨ Gut-Healing Chicken Broth Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken or 1kg chicken bones
2L water
1 tbsp turmeric (fresh or powder)
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, sliced
1 onion, roughly chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add chicken, water, turmeric, garlic, ginger, and onion to a large pot.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3–4 hours (the longer, the better).
Strain the broth, season with salt & pepper, and enjoy warm!
