Watching an idea become something real is pure JOY! 💛

Not so long ago, I imagined a space where energy work, sound, and gentle guidance could help people feel more balanced, clear, and connected.

Today, my new business cards arrived – such a small thing, but it feels like a huge step toward making that vision real. 🌼✨

Perfectionism… my oldest frenemy.

I catch myself tweaking, adjusting, and polishing every post, video, or tiny update to my website until it feels perfect. And then? I let it sit for days, just to be sure.

It’s tiring — and it often turns into procrastination.

🌞 Happy Habits
✨ Building Small Joys into Every Day

I’ve learned that intentionally weaving happy habits into my routine transforms not just my mood, but the whole rhythm of my day.
Here’s what’s on my "happy habits menu" lately:

💃 Movement breaks
A short walk, an active chore, a gentle stretch — anything that gets my body moving throughout the day. Instant mood boost and my body thanks me!

🔮 Oracle & Tarot cards
Sometimes it’s a quick “What do I need to know today?” card pull. Other times, it’s a deep dive into something meaningful. Either way, it’s always a joy.

📝 Journalling
Early morning journalling with a warm cup of cacao ☕ before the household wakes — bliss.

🧠 Crosswords
I chip away over breakfast. It might take a week to finish — no rush. Just peaceful puzzling.

🎶 Creating sound
My new love: the Panda Drum! It’s been living on our kitchen bench — anyone can play it in passing. Beautiful tones, effortless joy.

🍃 Moments of mindfulness
Just a few minutes to notice. A beautiful tree. Gentle belly rubs for my dogs. A few deep breaths. Nothing fancy — but deeply grounding.

🌱 For me, happy habits are about sprinkling small joys through the day — little sparks of presence, pleasure and gratitude. And the earlier I start, the better everything flows.

☀️ How Often Should I Have a Reiki Session? ☀️

This is something I’m often asked — and the honest answer is, it depends on what’s going on in your life.

Some people come to Reiki during times of stress, emotional overwhelm, or alongside medical treatment. In those cases, a short series of sessions — maybe weekly or fortnightly — can offer deep support and steadiness.

But Reiki isn’t just for when things feel hard.

Regular sessions can help restore balance, build resilience, and support your overall wellbeing — offering quiet care before stress or fatigue take hold.

Even two or three sessions a year can make a difference. I often suggest aligning them with the change of seasons — a natural time to pause, reset, and reconnect.

Last Sunday, we welcomed a full house into Meg’s beautiful Castle Cove studio for an afternoon of deep rest — restorative yoga and sound immersion, side by side. Supported by bolsters, blankets and sound, our group softened, settled, and replenished.
