Thought it was about time I reintroduced myself - here I am, the face behind KS.EP - Kirra 🧡
Mum of two busy lil boys - the chaos I love and thrive in.
If I’m all in - im all in, sometimes that isn’t always a good thing but if you say your going to do something, well you absolutely better do it ⚡️
Like many I find it hard to rest and even put myself first - another reason I love to help people and help them prioritise their health as it motivates me to do the same everyday
I love a hard, intense workout or challenge - give me the grind any day of the week
All things warm, fun, bright are what I lean into and I love my alone time for a recharge, as I find putting so much into helping others I always need to recoup (whenever I can sneak it that is 😂)

I started as a PT back in 2014, started KS Balanced Lifestyles, which had outdoor boot camps, personal training, nutrition coaching and I also started my international Bali retreats
I knew as soon as I started that journey I wanted to know literally everything there was, and knew there was SO much more to deep dive into. Fast forward to finishing a Bachelors in Exercise Science and Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology and here we are. Still always learning.

I’ve ran 4 international Bali retreats. This has always been such a huge passion project. An example that you can feel GOOD after a holiday, learn new things, try new workouts, meet likeminded friends, but have a cocktail too if you wish! All about balance - which I love to adopt in my everyday life.

In saying all this - I’ve done all of the things - burnt out, over trained, under ate, tried different training modalities, been injured, played many sports - I understand what works and what factors are contributing to your injury/chronic disease - HINT it’s not just your injury. There is SOOO much more play. There is no one size fits all approach, hence many different components are required for every training program. Let me help you, help yourself. This new journey is about showing up and providing quality advice, content, services that 100% of people can benefit from. Because I get it!

From KS Balanced Lifestyles to KS.EP, this shift is more than just a new name, it’s a reflection of how movement, recovery and strength can coexist, with balance! Inspired by warmth, minimalism and strength.

As an Exercise Physiologist, I’ve always believed in creating a space where you feel empowered in your movement and life. That goal continues, just with new energy and intention.

Hey, hi, did you miss me!!?! Im backkkkkkkk 😊

Little hiatus as we welcomed another beautiful little boy to our family in September last year. As well as many other things and a big exciting house move. Very busy and very grateful.
Things to come and change slightly for KS as I feel I’ve evolved so much from when I started this biz many many years ago. 🧡

Happy and stoked to say I’m officially back working and books are now open at two beautiful studios. 🎉 Posts to come on this. I have also already started back in the corporate events space and am planning some upcoming workshops. If any of the above sound like something you need and have been looking for please reach out 🙏🏼

What to expect - MOBILITY SERIES!

Here is a very small insight into what you might expect to see across the course. Don’t be worried, this course is for everyone. Anyone who wants to reduce pain, improve movement and quality of life. There will be regressions/progressions along the way catered to each individual in a small group setting. It’s finally time to learn how to improve those constant areas of issue/concern or pain. Guided by myself, Kirra, as your Exercise Physiologist along the entire way.

⭐️ GCTED Optometry Gala 2024 at the Star Casino Gold Coast ⭐️

I had the pleasure of speaking on behalf of with the delegates at this conference regarding all things education, research, injuries and pain related to their profession. Then with exactly they can do to improve, reduce or eliminate these recurring pains/injuries for good to help live healthy and long careers, but also to prevent chronic conditions developing or even worsening to surgery in the future.
Everyone was in great spirits and participated, as I presented some real research and used mobility exercises on the day, as well as a specific pain free exercise program relative to their professions as a take home.

With over 110 guests this was a huge, different and exciting day as an Exercise Physiologist. I am very proud to have had the opportunity to share my knowledge with this room of delegates and to have hopefully left some important take homes to all.

Grateful for for a great opportunity, nothing I love more than sharing my knowledge and helping others! 💛🙏🏼

TRAINING | NUTRITION | RETREATS

At KS Balanced Lifestyles we base our services upon the three main components of, Training, Nutrition and Retreats. Directed by a Sport and Exercise Scientist, we assure the highest quality is consistently delivered throughout every component of KS Balanced Lifestyles. Graduated with a Bachelors degree of Sport and Exercise Science (Southern Cross University, 2018), Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Current CPR and First Aid, Blue Card (QLD), Working with Childrens Check (NSW), Advanced Nutrition Level 1, Boxing for Fitness, Female Specific Trainer, Active Kids Trainer it is clear our director Kirra, is extremely passionate about providing the highest quality she can to all clientele.

TRAINING - We currently offer outdoor group training at the beautiful southern Gold Coast. Located in one of the most stunning spots of the coast, our sessions cater to any fitness level. Different styles are incorporated within the group training to ensure they are fun yet beneficial to all those involved. Also focusing on fundamental movement to enable all to simply move better in our modern lives! Personal Training with 1 on 1 sessions and small group training is also available. Please do not hesitate to get in contact if you are interested or want to simply know some more information!

NUTRITION - ENQUIRE NOW! We offer INDIVIDUALISED personal nutrition programs. These plans will be formulated specific to the individual, their measurements and requirements, along with likes and dislikes of food. This personalised nutrition experience caters for anyone and everyone.
