Please raise your hand if you have been personally victimised by ANXIETY 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♂️🙋

Believe it or not, anxiety is a feeling that is a normal part of being human. *sigh* 😮‍💨

But when it becomes persistent, takes up most of your other feelings, you can’t enjoy the things you use to, or takes over your daily life, it has become a big problem.

This post is to show you that your anxiety is unique to you, we see many people with anxiety and each person’s presentation and treatment differs, because there is never a 1 size fits all plan that could help everyone.

Have you considered what else might be driving your anxiety? Or what happens when you accept it as normal and stop beating your self up to be better?

🔑 Low back pain is the most common musculoskeletal condition in the world, yet it is also very misunderstood and poorly treated.

🔑 With such low success rates and frequent reoccurrences for chronic low back pain, it begs the question as to "is there more to it than just a herniated disc" (for example).

🔑 While common physical intervention may potentially resolve the issue, chronic low back pain may possess much deeper roots.

🔑 How healthy is your diet? Are you a worrier? Do you stress about finances? Is something holding you back?

🔑 When treating chronic low back pain, a biopsychosocial approach is best.

If you choose to forgo your entire life without processing your emotions, you are more likely to end up with pain, auto immune conditions and higher levels of stress that may lead to poor health.

❓ Is your body worth investing in ❓

🔑 How nice would it be to retire with enough money in the bank to live comfortably to be able to do anything we like in later life!

🔑 Though money is not the only thing we need to retire comfortably. We need sufficient aerobic capacity if we wish to be able to remain doing the tasks we are uscostomed to doing in our younger years.

🔑 Your aerobic capacity reflects how well your body utilises oxygen, and as a result, how well you can do everyday tasks that r

🔑 Unfortunately, after the age of 30 (give or take), aerobic capacity can begin to decline by approximately 10% per decade in sedentary people. Tasks that we once did without thinking twice about in our younger years (such as climbing flights of stairs) can start to become a whole lot harder.

✅ The GOOD News ✅

🔑 We can all do something about it. Hooray for free will 🎉

🔑 To combat this decline, it's a good idea to engage in aerobic exercise as research strongly suggests it helps to preserve, and even improve our aerobic capacity.

🔑 So if you're in your 20's, 30's, 40's maybe even 50's, you may not perceive aerobic capacity as anything too important right now.

🔑 But what you do now will dictate your aerobic capacity leading into later life and your ability to do everyday tasks.
