Please raise your hand if you have been personally victimised by ANXIETY 🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♂️🙋
Believe it or not, anxiety is a feeling that is a normal part of being human. *sigh* 😮💨
But when it becomes persistent, takes up most of your other feelings, you can’t enjoy the things you use to, or takes over your daily life, it has become a big problem.
This post is to show you that your anxiety is unique to you, we see many people with anxiety and each person’s presentation and treatment differs, because there is never a 1 size fits all plan that could help everyone.
Have you considered what else might be driving your anxiety? Or what happens when you accept it as normal and stop beating your self up to be better?
