** For over 25 minutes yesterday this rainbow journeyed constantly me. It was at times a double rainbow and absolutely brilliant. I snapped a few pics and called in some intentional energies of Blue and the rainbow spectrum, and upon giving thanks, it was gone..I like to think it carried my prayers and offerings, back in to the everything.

Hello dear followers, regulars, sharers and the curious 😊

A little personal update being aware I haven't really formally introduced myself. Some of you know me as Lizzie Lou so know some of my story there.

Spiritual retreat and upgrade:
October is personally looking to be a month of powerful transformation and a deepening of my connection to the origins of KaHuna through 9 special days on "the most Hawaiian island" of Molokai'i with Kumu Paʻa Kawika Foster, 51st-generation Hawaiian cultural practitioner. A special time ahead.

Early November will be a time to integrate this journey through the heartlands of Hawaiian healing arts and... to immerse in another of my soul passions
🌿 Herbal medicine:
A 4 day camping weekend with women sharing story, connection, practical applications and making of herbal medicines, workshops, teas on the fire, alternative healing modality sharing, walking, laughing, opening hearts....

Wholism, community, growing together ..
with shared values in supporting healthy, thriving communities through accessible healthcare and the sharing of modern research and age old knowledge to weave together strong networks of empowered, knowledgeable healers, gatherers, foragers, herbalists, friends, sisters, mother's, aunts and grandmothers. We strengthen ourselves to strengthen others.

As for the time until mid-October, I'm absolutely delighted to return to the place of Lutruwita next week after a restorative present moment interstate being auntie, sister, daughter.

KaHuna Massage and multi-modality energy healing (yep, a service addition inspired by a beautiful spontaneous energy healing session recently. Until now I've put the energy healing on the back burner or, at least, woven it through massages, but will now offer it as a separate service for those called):

Normally I would be in Cygnet the first weekend of the month, but this month, family calls. It's been a year since seeing my little people, nieces and nephew, and longer for some so I'm seizing the moment to dive into prioritising time that can not be replaced. They grow up fast!!
