💛 Our director received a very special message from the President of the Dalby Diehards today.

A big thank you to Mark for the kind recognition — it truly means a lot to our team. We’re proud to be involved in an event that brings the community together for such an important cause, especially in support of Debbie as she continues her brave battle with cancer.

🏉 Respite Weekend x Nines Premier League - 9PL
Jack spent the weekend right in the action, running water for the Dalby Diehards Rugby League Football Club during the Nines Premier League, and he absolutely loved being part of the team atmosphere.

Weekends like this are what respite support is all about, getting out into the community, staying involved in local sport, and enjoying experiences that build confidence and connection.

💛 What does “Gwandalan” mean?
“Gwandalan” is an Aboriginal word from the Darkinjung and Awaba languages, meaning rest, peace, or resting place.
It can also be interpreted as a restful place or a haven of peaceful waters — a meaning that sits at the very heart of who we are. 🌿

For us, Gwandalan Support Services represents exactly that — a place of calm, care, and connection.
A peaceful space where people feel supported, respected, and truly at home.

🐔🎄 Big week at Yapunyah Lodge!
The chicken coop is officially going up, and the excitement is real! Our residents can’t wait to welcome a few feathered friends to the yard.

But while the coop is coming together… we’ve also had a very naughty Grinch lurking around, causing a bit of festive mischief 👀💚

From building new spaces to spreading Christmas chaos, there’s never a dull moment at Yapunyah Lodge!

🎉 A special night for Keith in Eulo!
Keith had a wonderful afternoon and evening in Eulo, spending time with his daughter Misha and his grandson Archie for Archie’s end-of-year school celebration at the Eulo Shire Hall.

Plenty of smiles, proud moments, and family time, just the way Keith loves it 💛
And we’re happy to share he’s home safe and sound after a beautiful night with his loved ones.

🎄 It’s starting to look a lot like Christmas at Yapunyah Lodge! ✨
The tree is up, the decorations are out, and the festive spirit has well and truly arrived.

From twinkling lights to plenty of laughter, our residents and team are getting into the Christmas cheer, creating moments that feel like home, together 💛

And a big thank you to our mate Jarrod Wallace for cooking up an absolute feast on the BBQ, nothing brings people together quite like good food and good company! 🔥🌭
