To ensure I can continue holding a space that feels deeply aligned, safe, and nurturing for both myself and my clients, I will now be welcoming new female clients only moving forward.

As my business continues to grow and evolve, this is the decision that feels most aligned with Kalm Elements, and the approach that I bring to holistic care✨

Existing regular male clients will continue to be accommodated as part of ongoing treatment plans and regular bookings.

We were going to leave our small business appreciation series at 10… but we just couldn’t help ourselves — so here’s a bonus (& our last) shout-out ✨
For anyone who has started a business from the ground up, I have no doubt you’ll agree — it is REALLY tough. It takes grit, determination, and a whole lot of incredible supporters and cheerleaders behind you. The people who pick you up on the hard days, celebrate the wins with you, and keep you going overall.
That’s why I find it especially inspiring when young people have the courage to back themselves and start their own small business.
It honestly doesn’t feel that long ago that I watched Kiana walk across the stage at her high school valedictory… and since then she has qualified as a remedial therapist and started her own business — Kalm Elements 👏✨
If, like me, you’re in need of some support to help restore body balance and heal some of those aches and pains, I can definitely recommend giving Kiana a go.
