We are looking for Support Workers to be reliable, committed, and empathetic individuals to provide quality care. Your knowledge of the disability sector is extensive. Genuine interest in helping others.

Your role is to :-

- Pick up the children from their home and drop to school at 8am, 2.45pm pick up from school and drop them home Monday to Friday 4hrs a day.
- $40 per hour.

We are excited to announce our new venture as an NDIS provider (both self and plan managed) and are currently awaiting our NDIS registration. We are eager to connect and collaborate with Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, and participants throughout Melbourne, particularly in Geelong, northern, and western Melbourne.

Our services include community support, specialized support coordination, assistance with personal care, life stage transitions, and travel and transport services. We seek your support in helping us connect with clients who could benefit from these valuable services. Together, we can make a significant difference in people's lives.

I would like to let all my friends and family know, after a long hard road sleepless nights working part time hours, brain overload I have done it with God’s presence.. Unity Uplift Services Pty Ltd was operating from yesterday the 8th May, 24. I have always taken pride in looking after the vulnerable.
Unity Uplift Services is taken referrals now. We have a day support like no other. We offer community Access, meal preparation, house cleaning, one on one, and more, if this sounds like you or someone you know needs then you can contact us on this page or on the website.
