Purity is rare and always met with challenges. My intentions for an amazing Christmas were truly challenged with the impurity of the intentions of others. Honestly with what happened I see it as the universe truly showing me who is true and pure in their intentions with me and who is not.

Be aware of what you feel from others. If you feel someone is feeling not right with you tell others you feel something is wrong. Reaching out to others before something happens should be your saving grace. If you are ignored in your reach out for support then you must know it is their loss. Purity and truth is rare. We must hold on tight and protect who we are.

Would you stop to help an animal? If not that choice will weigh on your soul, empathy is the test and if you don't have it you will be held in judgement by the creators. Be loving, be nurturing and be there for the animal kingdom when they need ya!

Ok I am going through my YouTube vids and came across this I had done for my Patreon a little while ago and felt it is a great one for those with Tibetan bowls!

This is a dirty job but always worth it to keep your bowls in mind condition. I go through this once every 12 months or if a bowl has had any liquid in it.
