It was lovely to stay in my old neighbourhood of Surry Hills in Sydney. I spent a wonderful year here in 2004/05, mostly living in Bourke Street.
The opened whilst I was there back then and is still going strong, serving the best baked goods and coffee in the neighbourhood!

So the school holidays are fully upon us, which means I step back and do a reduced timetable until September…

It’s a time to rest and restore (and hang out with my 11 year old whilst he still wants to!)
But I can never stop moving so I will be doing some online morning moves on Zoom and some 1-1s in the studio.
It’s also an opportunity to learn new skills. I’ll be expanding my knowledge with some online recorded sessions with the wonderful Ava .withava and .academy

Who wants to join me for ad hoc morning zoom classes a few mornings a week?

Spent an inspirational afternoon at learning about joint mobility from the wonderfully funny, warm and super-knowledgable .withava

My hips and shoulders feel like I’m 20 years younger today! I learnt some great techniques and am so glad to have some new tools to implement in my classes, and to be part of the .withava MFA community 🥰

It was also lovely to see you again and (without wanting to sound creepy!) to meet some people I have followed and admired on IG
