A little update 🤍

I’ll be taking a conscious pause from my weekly sound healing sessions over the coming weeks. Will update when they are back on!

I’ll still be holding Yin & Sound on Wednesday evenings .n.flow and the Women’s Day Retreat on 22nd March.

The importance of relationships and community 🌿

Reading the book “why has nobody told me this before” when a page really hit home…(slide 2)

We moved to rural Darwin 5 years ago, with minimal family and friends. We went from being heavily involved in local sports to just spending time as a family on our rural property! Yes I was 100% content and loved the life we were living but what I didn’t realise was how much I missed being around people and the community of the local football club.

The isolation had a bigger impact on me then I realised and I believe was a huge contributor to my anxiety and depression which led to some of my darkest times.

This past year I’ve grown so much and have really come to realise the importance of people and the community.

I want to grow the Palm Creek Retreat community to prevent anyone else from experiencing the isolation that I once did. I want other women to connect, have fun and live their lives to the absolute fullest!
