Thank you to every single person I had the honour of coaching in 2025. Your effort, commitment, and energy made every session worth it. Watching you push limits, show up, and grow was deadly to be part of.

Massive appreciation to for welcoming my coaching into your gym this year. Being back on the floor, coaching what I love, surrounded by such a strong team reminded me exactly why I do this. The crew is next level straight deadly.

We are just three steps away from stepping into 2026 ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿพ

So let me ask you this, what are your fitness goals for the year ahead?

Make consistency one of your non-negotiables. Consistency is the bridge between where you are now and where you want to be. When you stay consistent, youโ€™re always moving forward, even when progress feels slow.

Consistency doesnโ€™t mean 100% effort every single session. Some days itโ€™s simply about showing up. Training when youโ€™re tired. Getting the workout done even when itโ€™s not your best. Because every time you turn up, youโ€™re one step closer to your goal.

Your environment matters. Find a gym that fires you up, that makes you want to train. If walking through the doors feels like an obligation, itโ€™s time to reassess. The right space will motivate you, challenge you, and keep you coming back.

Stay hungry. Be drawn to the workouts, the equipment, the energy. Let the people around you inspire you because we all need that push, even me.

2026 is coming fast.
