These last few weeks I've been a verryyy busy girl. Uni has been heating up with an on-campus intensive last week and LOTS of big assignments due over the next couple of weeks.

So get ready to hear my confession. When I get busy and have lots of tasks on my plate, I tend to forget to stop and eat. Which as a nutritionist, I'm ashamed to admit. But I think it's important to acknowledge that even nutrition professionals have their own struggles when it comes to food. 🀍
