Imagine if we could set it up more for preventatve medicine vs reactive medicine (respecting and understanding there is a need for both) . About guest:
Samantha Rigby founded Elite Myotherapy in 2001 and has since built the practice into the success it is today. She completed an advanced diploma in Myotherapy at RMIT in 1995 and then went on to further her studies, completing a bachelor of health sciences in 2000.
Sam has had extensive experience working with athletes through her work with Essendon Football Club, Australian Sprint Kayak Team, Australian Open and WTA tour.
Sam was selected to be part of Australian Olympic Medical Team at both Athens and Sydney.
Sam is passionate about her work with the body and when not dedicating herself to aiding others with their health and well-being, she likes to spend her spare time looking after her own fitness doing weights, walking and meditation.
