Oh hey truth seeker 👋 nice to have you here 🤍 I wonder if you have ever felt like you’re going around in circles, making the same ‘silly’ mistakes and then feeling full of regret afterwards? I definitely have!! 🖤

Did you know your mind isn’t meant to make decisions?? (especially the BIG ones) 🤯.. they are for processing and communicating, not decision making as they are too susceptible to reasoning and external pressures 🩶

So, it’s time to TURN DOWN the ‘volume’ dial on your mind and TUNE IN to your body when making decisions!! Decision making is meant to be a somatic experience (through your body) and it can create a way more authentic and enjoyable journey through life… 🖤🩶🤍

I love this quote ❤️‍🔥 especially for parents who might think their child or someone else’s child is a bit ‘different’ or a bit ‘too much’…. how about we stop COMPARING & LABELLING our children with unhelpful adjectives and instead EMBRACE & NUTURE their uniquely beautiful nature 🦋

Even ‘just’ knowing a child’s Human Design type, strategy and authority and learning how to support and honour those, allows them to be in the world as their true selves 🦋

Homeopathy shines ✨brightly✨when it comes to helping our babies & children. There is much more to homeopathy than ‘just’ treating acute illness & first aid situations such as colds, bites, sunburn, bruises (though it is absolutely magic for these!! 🙌).. but homeopathic remedies can also aid deep healing & lasting shifts..

Homeopathy is a holistic system of medicine that naturally assists our ‘vital force’ or life energy to re-align, which in turn gives us the gifts of health and happiness.

Chronic or Constitutional prescribing is what I use in my treatments, to gently ‘nudge’ the life force back into alignment. Children often respond amazingly to this and it can improve their health for the rest of their lives.

**Please note - There are many homeopathic remedies to support our children’s health and healing, this is just a little ’taster’ of some of the more commonly prescribed ones.
