The " Simply Big " Mobile Phone and XL Reminder Clock are exactly that, BIG. Perfect for someone who is vision impaired with large writing/numbers making it easier to see, aswell as both items with loud sounds to hear.

The XL Reminder Clock has large writing for better visual, as well as alarms that can be set to remind you of all the important things, like taking your medication at certain times. With a large display, with many ways to tell the day/date/time with AM/PM clearly shown.

The Mobile Phone has large visible numbers, loud sounds, long battery life and hearing aid compatible. The mobile phone comes with a phone case and a lanyard for easy use without dropping or losing the phone. It is unlocked to all mobile services, by just adding your ready to go sim card. Our Burnie store got a call out to a customer broken down at the bottom of Mount Street. Sonja, headed out to see if she could help the customer however it was a two person job, so Sonja came back to collect Jess, so we had to temporarily close the store and head out together. We got the broken down scooter half way into the van before we realised our van is too short and the scooter is too tall. So a quick phone call to the good team at Tasmanian Scale Company for help, with Patrick and a trailer we manged to get our customer home and the scooter back to our shop for testing and to figure out what had happened to the customers scooter.

What an afternoon!!

Sometimes our job doesn't just involve sale service in the shop or simple deliveries.

Today Jess from our Burnie store went out to deliver some items to a Wynyard customer including a custom rubber ramp, however when she arrived she was advised the current ramp needed removing which was fixed to the ground, with no tools aboard. Jess was off back to Burnie to get some tools and then back to Wynyard she went.

The customer was pretty pleased with their new ramp.

We are a committed company to getting the job done, no matter how big or small.
