Our Yoga Drills class is a dynamic, strength- and mobility-focused session designed to support your progress—wherever you are in your practice. Through purposeful movements and targeted exercises, you’ll build strength, increase flexibility, and develop the control, mobility, and body awareness needed for deeper postures.
While it’s an excellent bridge toward Intermediate and Advanced sequences, it’s equally valuable for students who want to focus on body conditioning to open the body, build strength, and move with more ease and confidence.
