We are excited to launch a new series of "Stretch & Share" tutorial sessions over the coming months! These interactive sessions are designed to support and enhance your yoga practice. Each session will focus on a different theme, helping you better understand the concepts and fundamentals of Bikram Yoga—and how to apply proper techniques to your practice. When you know better, you do better—and you'll feel better, too! Our aim is to help make your yoga practice more sustainable and therapeutic.
In these sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, and receive personalized guidance. We will share our tips and insights while providing individual adjustments. You'll also have the chance to move, stretch, and explore different techniques, as well as watch demonstrations from your teacher and fellow practitioners. Together, we’ll create a space for mutual learning and inspiration, where we can all grow and deepen our understanding of the practice.
In the upcoming session, we will focus on the two breathing exercises in Bikram Yoga: Pranayama and Kapalbhati. Spaces are limited to ensure individual attention, and we are offering two different time slots to accommodate various schedules. Please reserve your spot via email.
