What a success! Our first Bayside Health and Wellness Expo is done and dusted! Thank you to everyone in the community who came along to check us out and support local. We hope you walked away with a wealth of knowledge and some great new tips and tricks.

A special thank you to all of the Exhibitors for being a part of our first Expo, we look forward to having you join the next one.

Plans are already in place for February next year.....so watch this space :)

A big part of creating balance in your life is doing the things you love. My mum absolutely loves knitting and crocheting….and she’s bloody good at it too!

So I want to encourage all of you to get out today, do something you love, something that creates that fire in your belly, that gives you energy or just makes you feel good.

We have one life, so let’s make it count
