The weather gods were kind — clear, calm & perfect paddling conditions ☀️
Huge thanks to our sweep Jeff & assistant coach Helen for a safe, fun session 👏
And morning tea… wow! 🧁☕ So much yummy goodness — thanks everyone for your amazing treats!
💗 A special shout-out to our gorgeous Teresa, who joined us for morning tea. So good to see you! Only 4 more treatments to go — you’re nearly there and we can’t wait to have you back in the boat. You’re kicking cancer’s butt! 💪💖

Relatively calm conditions on the water tonight with just a slight breeze — perfect for a solid training session. The views over our playground, Docklands Harbour, were absolutely stunning as always.

A big welcome to Brenda, our newest paddler — great to have you on board!

It was a tough but invigorating session. Thanks to Johnny for putting us through our paces 💪

Loving the feel of the new paddles slicing through the water — smooth and powerful!

HOT OFF THE PRESS!!
Our two superstars Amanda and Helen have made us proud again with their achievements at the Masters Games 👏 Amanda has posted the below today before she heads off to support her other love, the Gippy girls competing in the Walking Netball at the games!!

A wonderful finish to the Dragon Boat events at the Australian Masters in Canberra — proud of my fellow Dragon Masters who brought home gold and bronze! 🥇🥉 The celebrations were made even better with incredible entertainment from the Canberra Lion Dancing team. 🐉
