The Ella Baché story
Ella Baché Australia is a proudly family-run business created by Madame Baché in Paris, 1936, a revolutionary cosmetic chemist who believed that as we are genetically different, the same holds true for our skin. Her skincare philosophy was based on the belief that “because no two skins are alike, every client’s skin is uniquely individual.”
Her immense passion for skin care has laid the foundations for who we are today. We’ve carried forward Madame Baché’s philosophy of individual skin with a deep understanding of its biology and function. We champion this knowledge and expertise in our Skin Therapists who are trained and committed to achieving results.
Starting with a skin diagnosis, our products, treatments and techniques are designed for individual needs. Our success has been built on the heritage of our brand, marketing focus, our unique franchise model and your passion. With a national retail footprint comprised of 150 franchises and distributors, no other skin care brand has a larger salon network, nor greater depth of coverage.
Education and our expertise are important cornerstones of the Ella Baché brand, being the only skin care brand with its own College. The Ella Baché College has been producing qualified skin experts since 1963 and today offers the most highly regarded diploma course in Australia, offered either on-campus or via online learning.
