The juice is worth the squeeze.
When it gets hard to get out of bed, when the covers are cosy and the pillows never felt so soft or when the sky gets dark early and a glass of wine and trashy reality are calling, it can be tough to get to class.

it’s those moments when you really have to remind yourself that movement is a gift, it’s something that a lot of us are able to give to ourselves in order feel more mobile, more clear minded and stronger.
