Grief Circle in the Salt Cave 🤍
The response to this circle has been deeply felt… and very telling.
It speaks to how many are quietly carrying loss, and how important it is to have a space where you can simply be held, supported, and not have to do it alone.
Because of the number of enquiries, I’ve opened another weekend date to ensure more people have the opportunity to experience this work.
This is a gently guided, professionally held space weaving together hypnotherapy, Reiki and salt therapy — allowing time to soften, release, and reconnect in a safe and nurturing environment.
