It’s not about finding yoga when you need it…
It’s what you learn about yourself on the mat on the days when everything is fine.
Those days help us cope with the days we are in battle mentally, emotionally, spiritually or physically.

Jump onto your mat daily and discover yourself through breath, meditation and movement - even if it’s just a child’s pose.

Don’t go looking for yoga only in times of need, let it change your life!
I am guilty of this myself and I’m going through a chapter now of realising how much I need my regular practice back I stead of using yoga as my medication.
