Hi everyone! I’m Belinda, and I’m so excited to share my journey with you. Hypopressives with Belinda is all about helping you build a stronger core, improve posture, and support your pelvic health—gently and effectively.

Whether you're a new mum, looking to relieve back pain, or just want to feel stronger from the inside out, hypopressives can help! These low-impact breathing and posture techniques are a game-changer for core strength and overall well-being.

I offer online and in-home sessions (local to Dubbo), making it easy for you to get started—no experience needed!

What are Hypopressives?

Hypopressives is a breathwork and movement technique that helps to activate the deep core and pelvic floor muscles through postures, breathing technique (vacuum) and movements. The aim is to reduce intra-abdominal pressure, strengthen and lift the pelvic organs. This breathwork technique creates negative pressure between the diaphragm and the pelvic floor, this then draws up the pelvic organs and activates the core muscles.
