We had a beautiful gathering for a menopause circle — tea, gentle movement, meditation, and honest conversation.

There was a big range of experiences in the room, and a sense of relief in being able to talk openly, without pressure.

Perimenopause and menopause became part of a much bigger conversation about our lives as women — our bodies, our experiences of reproduction, and what we carry.

We weren’t trying to fix anything or come up with answers — just listening, sharing stories, reflecting, and realising that while every experience is different, none of us are alone in it.

Women go through so much in isolation and often just “get on with it” — even more so for the generations of women before us.

Now we can bring these experiences into the open and be met with understanding instead of avoidance.

Very grateful to everyone who came along and helped create such a warm, thoughtful space. Thank you to for making it happen❤️

Want to meditation but unsure how or where to begin?
You don’t need more input. You need a way to step out of it.
This isn’t about escaping life or forcing a quiet mind.
It’s about changing your relationship with your thoughtsso they don’t run the show.
Simple. Repeatable.5 minutes a day is enough to start. More info on Everyday Meditation here: https://www.annemooney.com.au/everyday-meditation-course

We’re in a period of global instability.
Modern living can feel more fragile than it used to.
At the same time, tech competes constantly for our attention —
pulling us into screens, information, and analysis.
Many of us are living mostly in our heads.
Myself included.
This is one reason embodied practices — yoga, walking, dance, time in nature — are becoming more important.
Not just as exercise,
but as ways of reorienting ourselves in uncertain conditions.
