My intention for this retreat was to feel it ALL and I was cracked open in the most beautiful way, Bali has been a remembering, a coming home. I am awake, connected to my inner-knowing, and committed to my truth. I have unlimitless potential and I am so excited for what the future holds for me. The path of Dharma is paved with Ananda. Aham Prema, I am divine love 💚

This was the most potent and incredible experience of my life. The highlights were an abundance of yoga, ice baths & sauna, transformative breath work, coconuts, handstands, acro, belly laughs, soul connections, community, intentional conversations, JOY, PLAY, LOVE. It’s safe to say that I’m only going to get weirder from here and I’m all about it ✹

A couple of days in Canggu with myself before I head into the jungle for a yoga retreat 🙏 Yes, I’m crying into my coconut. Yes, I’m taking this time and space to process, feel & heal. Although these photos are pretty, healing is not. It’s messy, imperfect and not linear. Can we stop pretending like everything is fun though? Most of us are falling apart, healing, deeply learning and navigating this human experience- with hearts wide open, or hearts that need to be cracked open. With no f***n idea how. My intention is to fully surrender into the experience and feel to move that energy in my heart space, to let it flow through me. Because the best thing that I can do for you is work on myself. Let this be a space that we acknowledge and see each other with compassion. So much love 🌞

We need the break, then we take the break- so why do we feel so damn guilty for it 🙄 it’s this push and pull of I miss my baby girl so much and I NEED this time for myself. Mum guilt is a beast.. where does it come from?

Societal pressure that tells mothers to be only self-sacrificing? The belief that wanting time alone is wrong or selfish?

I’m deeply challenging internal “shoulds,” and reminding myself that breaks are not selfish but a form of self-care. Every parent deserves a break, to do the things that light them up ✹

After an IVF journey, pregnancy, a 3-day labour and 2.5 beautiful and wild years of mamahood- I want to fully surrender into this time to come back to myself, do lots of yoga, spend time with soul friends, nourish.

Because if my baby girl experience motherhood THIS is exactly what I would be encouraging her to do for herself! This is how we encourage healthy mamas who don’t feel shame or guilt when all they deserve to feel is pride and self-love ✹

We will be unravelling the Five Koshas over the next 6-weeks in our practice, the layers of our being that shadow our inner light.

Yoga is the journey of moving through each Kosha. It is the process of moving through these layers, balancing and relaxing one at a time until we reach our soul or pure consciousness.

When we realise that yoga is a system of spiritual development and practice yoga holistically- every facet of our lives improve; physically, mentally and Spiritually.

A holistic yoga practice works on every layer, on every Kosha. Yoga is all encompassing. The goal of yoga is the bringing together of all layers of our Being into Divine Union with our Oneness.

All of the Koshas end in the word Maya, Maya translates to ‘illusion’ because all of physical reality is impermanent and constantly changing; unlike the true, unchanging reality of the Self or consciousness.

This “illusion” is like a lens through which we perceive reality, influenced by our senses, thoughts, and emotions. The journey of yoga aims to help us to transcend this illusion and realise our true, eternal nature.

Atman is the Self, the eternal centre of consciousness, which was never born and never dies. Think of the Atman as a light and the Koshas as lampshades. The deepest light shines through the Koshas and takes on their individual colourings, This is what gives each of us our unique individuality.

There is a sequential order to complete a holistic yoga practice to balance & transcend our Koshas:

We balance the physical body with Asana, balance the energetic body with pranayama, balance the mental body with mantra, balance the ego/wisdom body with meditation and balance the bliss body with Samadhi as we move towards our eternal core.

Oneness consciousness is experienced when Shiva and Shakti, yin and yang, sun and moon, male and female all come together and realise simultaneously their Oneness with each other.

This is the ultimate purpose of balancing and harmonising all Five Koshas and this is what I will be sharing with you in my upcoming Koshas series as we delve into each Kosha to expand and deepen our practice ✹

It’s time to get CURIOS. It is said the curiosity is the catalyst for CHANGE.

đŸ«¶Curiosity is the very first step that leads to a heightened awareness of and connection with your beautiful body and her rhythms.

đŸ«¶Curiosity is the seed that quickly grows into a tree of action and motivation.

đŸ«¶Curiosity can give you the motivation to explore, discover, and build knowledge within yourself.

Start asking questions like


Why am I craving sugar at 3pm❓
Was my lunch satiating enough❓
Why do I want a third coffee❓
Why do I feel flighty❓
Was my breakfast balanced❓
Why is my sleep impacted right now❓

Then, seek the correct knowledge and become empowered around your choices.

Your body knows. It just needs your support, attention and curiosity ♄

When you eat consciously to support your whole system to thrive, move your body to maintain muscle and mobility, and nourish your nervous system into a state of safety


✹Your body will begin to work for you✹

You’ve gotta keep it up because you are teammates in this life- but your efforts will be rewarded with increased metabolic function, lowered inflammation, increased mitochondria function (energy production), better sleep-wake cycles, and healthier messages being sent in the form of hormones.

Then it becomes really easy, like a dance, but not an awkward one. You’re moving and flowing with your body and your body knows what to do. Its always did. But first, you’ve got to get your mind on board.

Gather the information, find the support, take action and feel the results of an empowered mind-body relationship that is mutually respectful and easeful.

It’s usually not just physical symptoms that need to heal, but potentially a damaged relationship with your body ♄
